Recruiting Coordinator

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team. In this role, you’ll help keep the hiring process organized and provide a positive experience for candidates.
What You’ll Do:
- Review resumes and applications to help identify candidates who meet role requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule phone interviews between candidates and Recruiters.
- Communicate interview details and updates to candidates and internal teams.
- Keep candidate information and recruiting records accurate and up to date.
- Assist Recruiters with other coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, service-oriented approach.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort navigating computer systems.
- Recruiting or scheduling experience is helpful, but not required.

About this role
Renewal by Andersen's Indianapolis office is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the operational side of their hiring process. You'd review applications, schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters, communicate updates to both internal teams and applicants, and maintain accurate recruiting records. The role also includes general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed. This is a full-time, in-office position working Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, can juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment, and pays close attention to detail. While recruiting or scheduling experience is a plus, it's not required—what matters more is a proactive, service-oriented mindset and comfort working with computer systems. The position offers competitive hourly pay of $21–$23 depending on experience, plus a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, student loan repayment, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and paid holidays.
