Find your Careers Page URL
In Pinpoint, click Company in the left sidebar, then click View Careers Page. Copy the full URL from your browser.

Create the API Key
Name the key "JobMinglr" and set these exact permissions (Pinpoint lists them alphabetically on the create-key screen, so they match the order below).
Submit the form
Paste your Careers Page URL and API key into the form on the right. We'll handle the rest.

How to set it up
Open Webhooks in Pinpoint
Go to Settings → API & Webhooks, then click the Webhooks tab.
Create a new webhook
Click + New webhook and paste the URL below as your endpoint.

Turn on whichever ones you want, pick all of them or just the ones that matter to you. The more you enable, the more real-time updates candidates receive.
Pinpoint will automatically disable the endpoint if all retries are exhausted and notify you by email. You can re-enable it from the Webhooks tab at any time.
Save and copy the signing secret
Pinpoint will generate a Signing Secret right after you save. Copy it, you'll paste it into our form on the right.

What access does JobMinglr need?
An API key with these permissions (Pinpoint lists them alphabetically on the create-key screen): Answer (Read/Write), Application (Read/Write), Candidate (Read/Write), Interview (Read), Job (Read). Anything else we won't use.
Can JobMinglr see my existing candidates?
No. We only look at candidates JobMinglr submitted, just to verify their information and confirm delivery. We never read your existing pipeline.
Does my team need a separate JobMinglr account?
No. Pinpoint connects with an API key, so you can set the integration up from this page without creating a JobMinglr account, and your team carries on working in Pinpoint. You can create a free JobMinglr account if you want to manage the connection, your company profile and your jobs yourself, and you can disconnect at any time by deleting the API key.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. You need your Pinpoint Careers Page URL and an API key from Settings → API & Webhooks. Once submitted, the integration activates automatically.
Where do JobMinglr applications appear?
In your existing Pinpoint pipeline, as standard applications with the candidate's dossier PDF, Match Score, and Verified Signals attached. Your team reviews them the same way they review any other applicant.
Is the integration free?
Yes. The integration is included with your Pinpoint membership, with no separate JobMinglr plan needed. Pipeline Expansion, where JobMinglr proactively sources candidates for you, is an optional paid add-on.
Are webhooks required?
No. The webhook is optional and only powers real-time status updates back to candidates as their application moves. Every event is verified with your Pinpoint signing secret, and the core integration works without it.
What happens if I rotate or revoke my API key?
The integration stops immediately and JobMinglr can no longer submit candidates to your account. To reconnect, submit your new API key through the form on this page.
