Do I need a JobMinglr account to use an ATS integration?
It depends on how the integration connects. Greenhouse and Pinpoint connect with an API key, so you can set them up from their pages here without creating a JobMinglr account first, and you can disconnect at any time by deleting the key in your ATS. Zoho Recruit and Rippling connect over OAuth, which needs a JobMinglr employer account to authorise.
Do I need an ATS to use JobMinglr?
No. You can run hiring entirely in JobMinglr: post the role, review matched candidates and message them. Connecting an ATS is for teams who already have one and want to keep working in it.
Does every employer receive a Candidate Dossier?
No. Employers working directly in JobMinglr review the same information on the candidate's profile in their dashboard. The dossier is how supported ATS integrations receive it: Greenhouse, Pinpoint and Zoho Recruit.
Are Verified Signals background checks?
No. They are completed verification and profile steps, such as a verified email, a verified identity, an uploaded résumé or a linked LinkedIn account. They are not background checks, employment eligibility determinations, or guarantees that a résumé is accurate.
