Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Under the CCPA/CPRA, “sharing” includes disclosing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, even without monetary consideration.

JobMinglr does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may share certain data (such as identifiers and browsing activity) with advertising and analytics partners in ways that may constitute “sharing” under the CPRA. To opt out, submit a request using the form below and select “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” We will process your request within 15 business days and honor it for at least 12 months before we may ask you to reconsider.

California residents also have the right to limit our use of “sensitive personal information” to what is necessary to perform the services you requested. Sensitive personal information we may collect includes:

• Account login credentials
• Precise geolocation (if permitted by your device settings)
• Race, ethnic origin, religion, or union membership (only if voluntarily provided)
• Health or medical information (only if voluntarily provided)
• Disability status (only if voluntarily provided in connection with accessibility requests)

You can manage your cookie and tracking preferences at any time:

• Use your browser's cookie settings to block or delete cookies
• Opt out of Google Analytics via the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on
• Visit the NAI opt-out page or DAA opt-out page for interest-based advertising
• On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track”
• On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → “Opt out of Ads Personalization”
