-Make a Mark -We Blaze Our Own Trail -Brand First -We Mean Business Summary As Warehouse Support, you will help maintain the flow of incoming materials as well as outgoing products. You will also possess knowledge of various warehouse machinery and equipment such as pallet jackets, forklifts, etc. Perform all forklift/inventory duties.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Executes essential daily warehouse tasks including: Continuous organization and optimization of warehouse space to increase efficiency and safety Cycle count, verify and maintain inventory records as needed Report safety and quality concerns regarding warehouse facility, equipment, and inventory to manager Fulfill orders, facilitate with the intake and outtake of product: Safely move and stack materials Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed Offload and receive inventory via deliveries and help load outbound shipments onto trucks for transportation Intake all orders and ensure deliveries make it to their destination Transport palletized products and goods to storage racks while applying knowledge of spatial relations Work cross-departmentally with Production, Operations, Finance, and Fulfillment teams to ensure warehouse activities are aligned with company goals and business
Requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area for yourself and other employees Perform proper forklift inspections and follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures. Ensure proper storage of all facility consumables and products are in compliance Ability to work well with others in high-pressure situations with a sense of urgency Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company Other duties as assigned by supervisors To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
