JobMinglr only requests two scopes: candidate-applications.read-write (to submit candidates) and job-requisitions.read (to import your open roles). No payroll, employee records, or billing data is ever accessed.
Does my team need a separate JobMinglr account?
Yes. Rippling connects over OAuth, and authorising it needs a JobMinglr employer account. Creating one is free, and it is also where you manage your company profile, your jobs and the connection itself. Day to day your team carries on working in Rippling.
