Qualifications
● Minimum of 2-3 years in a comparable and/or relevant work environment is required.
● Minimum of 1 year of Insurance brokerage experience is required (Commercial Insurance experience preferred)

● Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License (required to have or be obtained within 3 months of hire).
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $55,000 - $85,000 USD annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

About this role
Acturhire is seeking an Account Coordinator to support middle market technology clients in their San Francisco office on a hybrid basis. You'll need at least two to three years of relevant work experience and a minimum of one year in insurance brokerage—commercial insurance experience is preferred. The role requires obtaining or already holding a Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License within three months of hire.
Day-to-day, you'll manage service and delivery for client accounts, handling communication via phone and written correspondence, coordinating with internal and external teams, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy. The work demands strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance software systems. You should be comfortable adapting to shifting client and team priorities while maintaining responsiveness across multiple channels.
The position offers a base salary between $55,000 and $85,000 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive bonus. WTW provides comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits, along with paid time off and disability coverage. Note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
