  • Accompany candidates to in-person interviews and in between interviews, wrap up in-person interviews, and see candidates out the door
  • Provide interviewers with candidate resumes, virtual meeting links or reserved interview rooms, and other necessary items to ensure a seamless interview experience
  • Support ad hoc recruiting tasks and projects that align with recruiting or company goals and initiatives such as interviewer training, employer branding, referral program, candidate experience, etc.

About You

  • Candidate-centric and conscientious: you act as a steward of the company and put candidate experience at the center of your work
  • Collaborative and communicative: you speak and write clearly and thoughtfully with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive and successful experience for everyone
  • Attention to detail: you are diligently organized, stay on top of scheduling activities, and partner with your recruiter to ensure candidates are progressing through interviews
  • Growth and learning mindset: you are a lifelong learner and remain curious about how your work aligns and evolves with the success and goals of the recruiting team and company

About this role

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across the company as it scales its AI platform for public safety and government sectors. You'll manage the full logistics of the interview process—from posting jobs in the ATS and scheduling interviews to greeting candidates in person, providing office tours, and ensuring interviewers have everything they need. The role sits at the intersection of operations and candidate experience; you'll be responsible for creating a strong first impression of the company while keeping recruiting activities organized and on track.

This position suits someone with one to three years of recruiting experience who combines meticulous attention to detail with genuine care for how candidates are treated. You'll need comfort with ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Gem, the ability to juggle multiple interview schedules simultaneously, and strong communication skills to coordinate across hiring teams and candidates. The role also involves ad hoc projects—anything from interviewer training to referral program support—so curiosity about the broader recruiting function and willingness to take on varied tasks matter.

The job is full-time, in-office in San Francisco four days per week, with a salary range of $84,000 to $98,000 plus benefits and equity. It's a fast-paced environment best suited to someone who stays organized under pressure while remaining thoughtful about the details that shape a candidate's experience.
