About this role

United Integrated Services is a design-build firm serving high-tech manufacturers in Arizona, and this role sits at the operational center of their project delivery. As Project Support Coordinator, you would manage the administrative and logistical backbone of construction projects—everything from scheduling and documentation to vendor coordination and safety compliance. You'd work across engineering and construction teams, directing timelines, maintaining contracts and permits, organizing meetings, and ensuring stakeholders stay aligned from project start to finish.

The position demands someone detail-oriented and organized who can juggle multiple priorities under pressure. You'll need three to five years of experience in construction, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally AutoCAD or Primavera, and a solid grasp of construction methods and safety practices. A bachelor's degree in construction management or business administration is preferred. Beyond the office work—scheduling, documentation, presentations—you'll spend time on active job sites in a trailer office environment, which means comfort with physical demands like standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing PPE in dusty, noisy conditions.

This is an in-office role in Phoenix requiring a valid driver's license and occasional travel within Arizona. Mandarin language skills are preferred but not required. If you have start-up experience or relevant certifications like PMP or CAPM, those would strengthen your candidacy.
