What You’ll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator you’ll play a critical role in building our team across a multitude of roles that drive our business forward. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in tech recruiting, learn how high-growth startups hire, and work closely with hiring managers, and leadership.
You’ll support the full recruiting lifecycle—from finding top talent to creating a seamless candidate experience—while gaining hands-on exposure to technical and non-technical hiring in an AI SaaS environment.
- Source and engage candidates across roles including engineering, product, sales, and operations
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Conduct initial screens to assess candidates for the role and also educating them on us and what we are building here at Flip
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage with a focus on quality and volume for our evergreen.roles
- Support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome)
- Strong interest in talent acquisition, startups, and ai technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning new tools and systems (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing platforms)
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow - learn - fail fast and keep going
- We're international, spanning the US, UK, and Canada
- We’ve raised +$30M to date including our recent $20M Series A - backed by Ridge, Next Coast, ScOp, Bullpen Capital, Data Point and Forum Ventures, as well as founders & executives from Amazon Alexa, Ada, Attentive, and Simon Data
- Comprehensive healthcare and unlimited vacation, including a mandatory half week for everyone over July 4, and a full week off at the end of the year
- In office 5 days/week in our satellite office in Suffolk County, NY. With expectations to work from our HQ office in NYC

Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity, in accordance with company policy, and subject to board approval.

About this role
Flip is building Voice AI for major eCommerce and healthcare brands, and as a Recruiting Coordinator you'd be central to scaling their 50-person team across engineering, product, sales, and operations roles. You'd own the full recruiting pipeline—sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews across time zones, screening for fit, and maintaining data in Greenhouse—while working directly with the Lead Recruiter, hiring managers, and leadership. This is an entry-level role designed for someone genuinely interested in learning how tech startups hire and building recruiting skills in a fast-moving AI SaaS environment.
The role suits someone with 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or related work who's organized, communicative, and comfortable adapting quickly. The position is based in Bohemia, NY with expectations to work from the NYC HQ five days a week. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000, plus equity eligibility.
