About this role

Genius Sports' Workforce Scheduling Analyst role sits at the operational heart of the company, managing the daily scheduling and planning that keeps teams aligned and productive. You'll own shift scheduling across monthly cycles, track vacation and absence requests, coordinate training activities, and compile the data and reporting that the Workforce team relies on. The work spans multiple interconnected functions—balancing coverage requirements, monitoring content distribution, and maintaining accurate records—so success depends on strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.

The ideal candidate brings proficiency in Excel and MS Office, sharp attention to detail, and genuine fluency in English for cross-team communication. You'll need to be adaptable when priorities shift, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, and capable of managing several tasks simultaneously. A real interest in sports and global tournaments is expected, as is the mindset to support a central operations function that enables the rest of the business to focus on their core work.

Based in Sofia with a hybrid arrangement, this is a full-time role within a company that values in-office collaboration and invests in employee wellbeing and skill development.
