About this role
FuseGlobal is hiring an HR Operations Coordinator for a Fortune 100 food and beverage manufacturer, a client relationship spanning two decades. You'd handle the backbone of HR operations across multiple sites: processing employee lifecycle transactions, responding to HR inquiries, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training. The work involves managing high-volume workloads, ensuring regulatory compliance and record accuracy, and serving as a liaison between employees, HR teams, and leadership to identify process improvements and departmental trends.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of customer service experience and preferably one or more years in HR. You'll need strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities, proficiency with Microsoft tools, and the ability to navigate various HR systems while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time hybrid role based in St. Louis—Monday through Thursday onsite, Fridays remote—with an initial 12-month term expected to extend longer.
