About this role

EOS IT Solutions is looking for a Desktop Support Associate to join their Berlin office in a hands-on role that blends technical support with logistics and inventory operations. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT equipment—from deploying new desk setups and providing desk-side troubleshooting to collecting hardware during employee transitions and managing e-waste. The role also involves maintaining IT cabinets and vending machines, tracking inventory across internal systems, and coordinating hardware shipments, particularly to LATAM regions.

This position suits someone with at least a year of IT support or help desk experience and an associate degree in IT or related field. You'll need solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and strong communication skills to coordinate with regional teams and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and organised, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, and ideally has background in logistics, warehousing, or asset management systems. This is a full-time, in-office role in Berlin that combines technical problem-solving with operational and inventory management.
