Ohalo Genetics is looking for an IT Support Associate to serve as the frontline technical support for their South San Francisco office and Watsonville lab facility. You'd handle the full spectrum of day-to-day IT needs—troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new workstations, managing user accounts and access in Google Workspace, and supporting device security and compliance. The role involves both remote support via Slack and email and in-person assistance, with occasional travel between sites. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with Slack, Notion, Ubiquiti networks, and specialized equipment like Zebra printers, along with relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Google IT Support.

The role offers a salary of $60,000 to $75,000 annually and requires you to be onsite in Watsonville, with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. This is a good fit if you're patient, detail-oriented, enjoy solving technical problems for non-technical users, and want to build an IT career in a growing agricultural biotech company.
