About this role

Dennis Eagle is seeking a Sales Support Engineer to bridge technical and commercial functions within their manufacturing operation in Warwick. You'd spend your time producing engineering drawings, weight calculations, and specifications that support the sales process—working directly with internal teams across Sales and Engineering, chassis suppliers, and customers to ensure technical accuracy throughout tenders and quotations. The role also involves maintaining product documentation, supporting customer meetings, and occasionally delivering factory tours to explain the technical side of the business.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a technical manufacturing environment, particularly in chassis or bodybuilder engineering, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently. You'll need strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across different departments. GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence are required.

The position is part-time at 37 hours per week across a four-and-a-half-day schedule (Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–13:00), based on a hybrid arrangement. Salary is £30,000–£32,000 depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days' annual leave (pro rata), a 5% pension contribution, enhanced family leave, health and wellbeing support, and access to career development programmes.
