About this role
The Pink Press Collective's Broadcasting department is seeking a Senior Coordinator to manage compliance, policy, and operational workflows that directly protect the integrity of NFL media rights. This contract role sits at the intersection of legal compliance, partner relations, and live-event logistics—you'll oversee advertising policy administration, review broadcast content for League compliance, coordinate approvals across sponsorships and promotional inventory, and manage the administrative backbone that keeps broadcast operations running. The work demands someone comfortable juggling competing priorities in a high-stakes, deadline-driven environment where decisions affect how games reach millions of viewers.
You'll need at least four to five years in sports media, broadcasting, or media rights, with demonstrated fluency in how the sports media ecosystem actually works—from rights agreements to content distribution to broadcast operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are non-negotiable; so are the ability to communicate clearly across Legal, PR, Government Affairs, and external partners, and to manage multiple workstreams without losing track of details. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is expected, along with the self-motivation to own problems and see them through.
This is a full-time in-office role in New York City with no remote options, and you should expect weekend and evening hours around NFL games and events, plus occasional travel. The salary range is $75,000 to $90,000, with the NFL typically hiring near the middle unless your background significantly exceeds the role's requirements. No relocation assistance is provided.
