About this role
Supporting the administrative backbone of Sono Bello's surgical network requires someone comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously. In this hybrid Scottsdale-based role, you'd manage onboarding workflows, coordinate surgeon credentialing and chart audits, track project progression through Smartsheet and Excel, and produce KPI reporting and presentations for the Medical Leadership Team. The work bridges clinical operations, finance, compliance, and talent acquisition—meaning you'd spend your time communicating across departments, compiling reports, facilitating meetings, and ensuring administrative processes support the company's growth objectives.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business administration or healthcare, with at least two years in a similar administrative coordinator role and prior clinical experience. You'll need intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, strong project management instincts, and the discretion to handle sensitive organizational information. Success here depends on being highly organized, adaptable to shifting priorities, and able to work effectively with remote teams and diverse communication styles in a fast-paced environment.
Sono Bello offers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k), EAP, and paid time off. The hourly range is $26.29–$32.45, depending on experience.
