About this role
At Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, this full-time Activities Coordinator role centers on running the resort's recreation programs across its spa, salon, fitness center, and health club facilities. You'll plan and lead activities, handle the front-desk side of operations (calls, appointments, transactions, messaging), keep supplies stocked, and maintain clean and safe spaces throughout the facilities. The work blends program leadership with operational support—you're both the person bringing activities to life and the one keeping the day-to-day machinery running smoothly.
Hilton looks for people who embody its core values: genuine hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency. This isn't a role that requires specialized certifications or years of experience in a particular field; it's one suited to someone who enjoys direct guest interaction, can manage multiple tasks at once, and takes pride in maintaining standards. If you're organized, customer-focused, and energized by working in a high-traffic resort environment in Hawaii, this could be a strong fit.
