About this role
At On's Hilton property in Malaysia, this Food & Beverage Coordinator role sits at the operational heart of the department—bridging management, staff, and guest services. You'll handle a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks: managing team records and attendance, processing payroll documentation, arranging duty rosters and shift changes, coordinating requisitions and work orders, and taking minutes at departmental meetings. You'll also support new team member onboarding, translate for staff when needed, and handle special requests like cake orders. The work demands strong organizational systems, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities across multiple departments.
This position calls for someone with formal secretarial or administrative training plus one to two years of relevant experience. You'll need fluency in English, solid proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets, fast and accurate typing, and the ability to translate between English and local languages. Experience in labour relations and line operations management is valued. Beyond technical skills, Hilton looks for people who take ownership, communicate clearly, respond flexibly to change, and maintain a customer-focused mindset even in behind-the-scenes work.
If you thrive in structured administrative environments, enjoy supporting a team, and have the documentation and coordination experience this role requires, this could be a solid fit within a recognized hospitality employer.
