Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Reach out to guests prior to arrival via PREA email system to assist guest in itinerary planning for their vacation at Conrad Orlando.
- Will assist in booking transportation, restaurant reservations (onsite and offsite), and various guest activations.
- Answer concierge phone calls to assist in-house guests with needs.
- Assist VIP Concierge team at the desk when experiencing high volume.
- Creation of hotel VIP log and organization of amenities in partnership with IRD.

At Conrad Orlando, you'll be the bridge between guests and their ideal vacation experience, working both before and during their stay.
