About this role

Terrabis is looking for someone to be the backbone of its ecommerce operations—keeping online menus accurate and consistent across multiple store locations. Working primarily in Dutchie POS and Dutchie Ecommerce, you'll handle daily menu maintenance, audit product data against inventory records, and ensure all listings comply with cannabis advertising regulations. This is detail-oriented work: managing product names, descriptions, images, and availability; catching duplicates and discrepancies before customers see them; and building the checklists and documentation that keep the process running smoothly.

Beyond routine menu upkeep, you'll be the first point of contact for store requests and customer complaints about the web experience. You'll triage issues, log them, keep stakeholders informed, and manage support tickets with Dutchie, Jane, and web developers from start to resolution. When patterns emerge—whether it's recurring bugs or systemic menu problems—you'll flag them to your Marketing Manager. You'll also support website QA testing and cross-train on Jane as the role grows.

This role suits someone with one to three years in cannabis operations, inventory, or retail who is comfortable with high-volume, repetitive work and has strong data entry and proofreading skills. Dutchie experience is strongly preferred. You'll need to be methodical, organized, and able to juggle multiple requests while knowing when to escalate. The position is fully remote, pays $55,000–$65,000, and requires you to be 21 or older and pass a state background check.
