About this role

Labelbox is looking for someone to own the operational side of their recruiting function—managing interview logistics, candidate communications, and the data systems that keep hiring moving. You'd spend a significant portion of your time scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and recruiters, and ensuring candidates have a smooth experience throughout the process. The rest involves maintaining clean data and workflows in Greenhouse and Gem, building dashboards that surface recruiting metrics, and identifying ways to streamline how the company hires.

This role suits someone with 2+ years in recruiting operations or coordination who's comfortable working independently and anticipating what needs to happen next. You'll need strong expertise in Greenhouse and Gem—particularly analytics and reporting—along with the communication skills to manage competing priorities and keep multiple stakeholders aligned. The position is based in San Francisco with an in-office expectation of 3 to 4 days per week, and it's a contract role paying $80,000 to $100,000 annually.

If you're detail-oriented, enjoy process improvement, and want to work at a company building infrastructure for AI development, this could be a good fit. The role emphasizes autonomy and ownership, meaning you'd have room to propose and execute projects that improve recruiting, not just execute someone else's playbook.
