About this role
Keeley Construction's Civil Infrastructure Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the administrative backbone of project operations in St. Louis. You'd handle onboarding new team members, maintain project documentation and filing systems, process purchase orders and requisitions, and generate routine reports for project leadership. The role involves coordinating across multiple internal departments—Operations, Accounting, Procurement, and People Operations—to keep project requests moving smoothly, while also tracking deadlines and identifying process improvements.
This position suits someone with 1–3 years of administrative or project coordination experience, ideally in construction, engineering, or another project-based environment. You'll need strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, sharp organizational skills to juggle competing priorities, and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with construction management software or ERP systems is a plus. The role also includes supporting broader group initiatives like event planning and scorecard maintenance, so comfort with varied tasks and independent problem-solving matters.
A high school diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Construction Management is preferred. Keeley emphasizes career development and a collaborative culture, and the position is full-time, in-office work in St. Louis.
