Organized. Professional. Resourceful. Dependable.

Honor Foods is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to support our Operations team while collaborating with Transportation, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other departments.

This isn't your typical administrative role! You'll help keep daily operations running smoothly while assisting with company meetings, catering, team member events, and special projects.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates professionally, handles sensitive information with discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide daily administrative support to Operations leadership, with additional support to Transportation and Maintenance.

  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and department records.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, communications, and administrative deadlines.

  • Partner with HR to assist with company events, celebrations, catering, and team member engagement initiatives.

  • Coordinate food orders, office supplies, vendor communications, and meeting arrangements.

  • Maintain professional, responsive communication with team members and leaders across all departments.

  • Handle confidential company and team member information with exceptional discretion.

  • Take ownership of assignments, follow through on commitments, and adapt to changing business priorities.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented approach to responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.

  • Experience supporting management or multiple departments.

  • Experience coordinating meetings, catering, company events, or vendor services.

  • Background in distribution, warehouse, logistics, or operations administration.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

You take pride in being someone others can count on. You communicate professionally, protect confidential information, and understand that teamwork means supporting one another, even when priorities change.

You're organized, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative to get things done.

Most importantly, you bring a positive, service-oriented mindset and a commitment to helping the entire team succeed.

About this role

Honor Foods' Operations team in Philadelphia needs someone to be the backbone of their daily administrative operations. You'd support operations leadership while coordinating across Transportation, Maintenance, HR, and other departments—managing schedules, reports, correspondence, vendor communications, and the logistics of meetings and company events. This role goes beyond typical administrative work; you'd handle confidential information, take ownership of projects, and adapt quickly as priorities shift in a fast-paced environment.

Two or more years of administrative experience is preferred, particularly if you've supported management, coordinated events, or worked in operations or logistics settings. The role pays $24–$28 per hour for full-time, Monday–Friday work on-site in Philadelphia.

This is a good fit if you're organized, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to supporting a team. Honor Foods values accountability and teamwork, and they're looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates professionally, and brings a service-oriented mindset to the work.
