About this role
Vay operates the second-largest commercial driverless fleet in the Western Hemisphere, and this part-time role puts you directly in support of that operation. As a Field Support Agent based remotely but working in Las Vegas, you'd handle the practical logistics that keep autonomous vehicles mission-ready: rebalancing fleet vehicles across the city, charging and cleaning them, running quality checks, and occasionally acting as a safety driver during testing and training. The work is hands-on and operational rather than technical—your job is ensuring vehicles are safe, clean, and positioned where they're needed.
The role suits someone with a valid driver's license (held for at least two years), strong attention to detail, and genuine interest in autonomous mobility. You'll need flexibility around shift patterns and the ability to pass drug screening. The pay is $15 per hour plus performance bonuses, paid biweekly, with multiple shift options available. Beyond compensation, you'd be part of a global team working on technology that's already completed over 150,000 trips and is scaling rapidly across the US and Europe—meaningful work if you want visibility and tangible impact in a fast-moving environment.
