About this role
SPS-North America is looking for someone to serve as the operational backbone across their Seattle regional sites, stepping in wherever needed to keep business running smoothly. You'd split your time between front-desk hospitality, logistics and mail management, print production on high-end equipment, and keeping shared spaces stocked and ready. This is genuinely varied work—one day greeting clients at the lobby desk, the next managing chain-of-custody for priority shipments or operating binding and scanning equipment.
The role demands someone with at least two years in office services, hospitality, or logistics who's comfortable being physically active, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, and traveling between regional SPS locations as assignments require. You'll need reliable transportation, flexibility with same-day scheduling, and comfort with MS Office and learning new systems. The "I Got This" attitude matters here—you'll need to find productive work during downtime and stay composed under pressure.
This is a part-time position at $23/hour in Seattle with paid time off accruing at one hour per 30 hours worked. SPS offers a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and an employee referral bonus program, though part-time roles under 30 hours weekly may have different benefit eligibility. It's a good fit if you thrive in dynamic environments and want exposure to multiple office operations functions.
