About this role

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a Recovery Housing Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across recovery housing locations in Columbus. This role bridges administrative and clinical work: you'll oversee regulatory compliance with Ohio Recovery Housing standards, conduct inspections and quality assurance reviews, handle resident admissions and discharges, and investigate incidents. You'll also exercise judgment on resident accountability matters, from behavioral contracts to phase advancements, while directly supervising Recovery Support Specialists and resident managers.

The position requires both operational leadership and hands-on support. You'll help residents connect to employment, financial, medical, and community resources; facilitate crisis response; and participate in clinical team meetings to coordinate care. Success depends on three years of experience in recovery housing, behavioral health, case management, or related human services, plus at least one year managing programs or overseeing residential operations. An associate degree in social work, human services, or a related field is preferred. You'll need to pass background checks and a drug screen.

The role offers two shift options—Sunday through Thursday evenings or Tuesday through Saturday mornings—at a salary between $45,500 and $58,000. This is a full-time, in-office position suited to someone comfortable with both compliance work and direct resident engagement, who can balance administrative rigor with the mission of supporting recovery.
