About this role
New Era Technology is hiring a Field Tech Support Specialist to install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial cooling equipment at customer sites across the Chicago area. You'll spend your days working hands-on with electro-mechanical systems—diagnosing electrical and mechanical failures, replacing components like motors and sensors, and ensuring equipment operates properly after repairs.
