About this role
Morgan & Morgan's Benefits Coordinator role is an administrative position focused on day-to-day support of the firm's employee benefits programs. You'd be the first point of contact for staff benefits questions, process life events and enrollment changes in the UKG system, and maintain accurate records across the HRIS. The work involves routine tasks like fielding inquiries, entering data during open enrollment, tracking eligibility, coordinating with payroll, and escalating more complex issues to the Benefits Specialist or Director.
The role suits someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset. A bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in HR or business, along with zero to two years of related experience—though what matters most is your ability to manage high-volume, repetitive work accurately and your comfort learning new systems quickly.
