About this role

AEG Presents in Austin is looking for a Booking Coordinator to support the talent buying team at United Heritage Hall. You'd be the operational backbone of the booking process—managing offers, contracts, and databases while coordinating between internal departments and external agents and artist teams. The work involves building offers in ticketing systems, maintaining show files with all relevant documentation, researching artist and market data to inform deal decisions, and ensuring contracts are updated and submitted promptly. Once artists are confirmed, you'll liaise with marketing, finance, and contracting to prepare settlement paperwork.

This role suits someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and multitasking is constant. You'll need strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to manage conversations with agents, artist teams, and colleagues across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems is essential. Some nights, weekends, and holiday availability is required. While the posting asks for 0–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma is the minimum education requirement, though a bachelor's degree is preferred.

The position offers a full-time benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and wellness offerings, with a salary range of $17.97–$26.44 per hour. If you have interest in the music and live events industry and thrive on coordinating complex logistics behind the scenes, this could be a solid entry or early-career opportunity.
