About this role
10Beauty is building the world's first fully autonomous manicure robot and has just launched their first units at Ulta Beauty locations across the country. As their first Customer Support Specialist hire, you'd be the frontline for a fast-growing robotics startup backed by $70M in funding and serving major retail and hospitality brands. This is an in-person role based in Burlington, MA with evening and weekend shift rotations.
Your day-to-day involves handling inbound customer calls, emails, and HubSpot tickets—answering questions about accounts, app navigation, and product features while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor. You'll also manage inventory and supply chain forecasting to keep customer locations stocked, and play a key role in building the company's support infrastructure from scratch: developing knowledge bases, standardizing scripts, and training materials that evolve as the product scales. You'll document everything in HubSpot, coordinate launch logistics, and work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback.
You'll need 1–2 years of customer support experience (ideally in a consumer or software startup), strong phone skills, HubSpot proficiency, and solid inventory management abilities. The role rewards people who stay calm under pressure, solve problems on the fly, and genuinely enjoy helping customers. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 with equity and benefits included.
