- Support the preparation and execution of event contracts while keeping paperwork organized and moving toward completion.
- Track invoices and follow up with clients and internal teams to help ensure payments are received on time.
- Assist with event planning and on-site execution as needed, including arriving early for setup and staying late to help ensure cleanup is completed.

- 2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, client services, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple projects, deadlines, and details moving at once.
- Warm, polished communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and internal partners.
- A proactive, can-do approach with the ability to anticipate needs and jump in wherever support is needed.
- Strong attention to detail and an instinct for the thoughtful touches that make events feel smooth and memorable.
- Reliable follow-through, sound judgment, and a willingness to get into the details when the job calls for it.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and hands-on support is sometimes required.
- Ability to work in the office four days per week, with flexibility to support event setup and cleanup as needed.
