About this role
Leading a network deployment team at Eos IT Solutions means bridging technical expertise and people management for a global IT services company. You'd oversee field technicians and coordinate with engineers and project managers to deliver networking hardware installations for major enterprise customers, working hybrid from Denver with travel to client sites across the US and internationally. The role demands both hands-on technical credibility—particularly with Juniper, Cisco, and Aruba platforms—and the ability to build team culture, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
This position suits someone with at least eight years in data center network deployment or large-scale corporate network engineering who's ready to step into formal leadership. You'll need strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts, the ability to read technical diagrams and design packs, and comfort troubleshooting complex problems. Beyond the technical bar, the role emphasizes communication, organizational discipline, and adaptability; you'll be training new hires, providing feedback, representing Eos to clients, and managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range is $85,000 to $95,000. Relevant certifications like CCNA or CDCTP, or prior experience specifically with Eos, would strengthen your candidacy. You should be prepared for flexible hours, occasional travel outside normal business hours, and the physical demands of working in data center environments, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
