About this role
Industrial Electric Manufacturing is seeking an MRB Coordinator to manage the Material Review Board process at its Jacksonville manufacturing facility. You'll own the end-to-end handling of non-conforming materials—tracking, documenting, and coordinating dispositions across purchased components, raw materials, and returns. The role demands strong coordination with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material issues efficiently, maintain accurate inventory records, and keep the ERP system current. You'll also generate reports on MRB metrics and ensure all activities meet relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate brings three to five years in MRB, manufacturing, or warehouse environments, with prior Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience. You should be comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Access), familiar with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, and ideally have exposure to Infor Syteline ERP. Leadership experience is a plus. This is a fully onsite role requiring you to already live in the Jacksonville area; expect to spend roughly a quarter of your time on the production floor in a non-climate-controlled shop setting, handling materials up to 50 pounds, while managing desk-based analysis and documentation the rest of the time.
