About this role

Financial Technology Partners is seeking an early-career professional to coordinate operations across recruiting, onboarding, and training for a boutique investment bank focused exclusively on fintech. Based in New York and reporting to the People Operations team, you'd manage the logistics that keep hiring and new-hire integration running smoothly—scheduling trainings, moving candidates through the interview process, drafting offer letters, updating internal databases, and supporting both the firm's US and UK recruiting efforts. The role touches nearly every stage of the employee lifecycle, making it an unusually broad entry point into how a high-growth investment bank builds its team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field, plus 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included). You'll need strong organizational skills, comfort with multiple systems and tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and AI platforms like Claude), and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Prior exposure to financial services is valued but not required. This is a full-time, in-office role in New York at $70,500 annually, and you must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

The firm's leadership comes from Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Barclays, and other top institutions, and it has won recent recognition for deal execution and banking excellence. If you're looking for a structured entry into investment banking operations with clear visibility into how the business attracts and develops talent, and you thrive in fast-paced environments managing competing priorities, this could be a strong fit.
