About this role
Tatari's Media Operations Coordinator role sits at the intersection of media buying and technology, supporting the company's mission to modernize TV advertising through AI and machine learning. You'd work within the Media Ops team to manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns—coordinating with vendors on creative deliveries, liaising with network partners for airing data, and maintaining accuracy across Tatari's proprietary backend systems. The position also involves handling ad hoc requests like network approvals, troubleshooting data issues, and maintaining the inventory catalog, with an ongoing opportunity to identify and automate process improvements.
This role suits someone with prior experience in media or tech who combines strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, VLookups, macros) with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You'll need a bachelor's degree, intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency, and a genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology. Python coding or macro-writing experience is a bonus but not required.
The position offers $60,000–$70,000 annually plus equity, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, a $150 monthly spending account, $1,000 annual education benefit, and unlimited PTO. You'll work hybrid with two days per week in the San Francisco office, alongside a team backed by founders and leaders from companies like Amazon, Google, and Meta.
