About this role
Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced market access professional to lead reimbursement strategy and execution for its oncology portfolio across the UK and Ireland. This role sits at the intersection of health economics, pricing strategy, and payer engagement—you would own HTA submissions to NICE, SMC, and NCPE from start to finish, while partnering with clinical, commercial, and HEOR teams to build the evidence and economic cases that drive patient access. The work spans technical depth (designing health economic models, synthesizing clinical evidence, interpreting real-world data) and strategic breadth (shaping pricing approaches, advising on early access planning, aligning local tactics with European corporate objectives).
This is a role for someone with at least eight years in market access, reimbursement, or health economics—ideally with recent hands-on experience on NICE and SMC submissions in oncology. You'll need strong HEOR technical skills, a solid grasp of UK and Irish healthcare policy, and the ability to translate complex economic concepts for both technical specialists and non-specialist stakeholders. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, managing ambiguity, and building networks across internal functions and external HTA agencies. The position is based in London and requires in-office attendance.
