About this role

Ennoble Care operates a network of mobile primary care and hospice services across eleven states, and this role places you directly on-site within long-term care facilities in the Alexandria area as an embedded member of the clinical team. Unlike remote or call-center positions, you'll work alongside providers and facility staff in a family-practice model, building consistent relationships with residents and families while coordinating their care using Ennoble Care's EMR system. Your day involves proactive engagement with residents, documenting care activities, communicating changes in condition to the clinical team, and serving as a liaison between providers, facility staff, and families.

You'll need an active clinical credential—CNA, PCT, MA, LPN, RN, or equivalent—plus at least one year of patient-facing experience in long-term care or a similar setting. Strong organizational skills, comfort with Microsoft 365, and the ability to communicate clearly via Teams, email, phone, and in person are essential. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm EST, with no weekends or on-call duties, and requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation since you may travel between facilities.

The role offers standard full-time benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, seven company-paid holidays, a 401(k) with up to 3% match, and a wellness pet plan. This is a good fit if you're looking for stable daytime hours in a clinical setting with direct patient contact and minimal administrative overhead.
