About this role

ABC Legal Services is seeking a Court Support Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between their Phoenix office and Arizona courts. In this role, you'll handle the full lifecycle of court documents—from contacting courts for filings and status updates, to preparing paperwork with correct fees, retrieving documents, and entering data into their proprietary Skye system. You'll work directly with court runners and internal teams to navigate court requirements, meet filing deadlines, and resolve bottlenecks in the document process.

The position demands strong organizational skills and comfort with high-volume, detail-oriented work. You'll spend significant time on professional phone calls and written communication with court personnel, attorneys, and colleagues via Teams and email, so clear communication and reliable phone etiquette are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF editing, and the ability to quickly learn new systems are required; legal experience is preferred but not mandatory if you bring customer support, call-center, or retail experience in a service-oriented setting.

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday in-office role in the Camelback Mountain area of Phoenix, paying $17.00 per hour. ABC Legal Services offers standard benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) matching; paid time off; and an employee assistance program.
