About this role
Media Arts Lab's Business Affairs Coordinator role sits at the operational heart of the EMEA team supporting Apple's dedicated global agency. You'd manage senior executives' diaries, travel, and scheduling across time zones while handling finance processes, vendor relationships, and project research. The work spans both strategic support—anticipating issues before they arise, protecting priorities amid last-minute changes—and hands-on coordination, from processing invoices to managing NDA templates and liaising with the Traffic Manager on broadcast delivery.
This is positioned as an early-career foundation role for someone with some administrative experience who wants to build toward advertising, operations, or business affairs. You'll need to be organised and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple priorities under pressure, and capable of working confidently across an international network. Strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and finance processes, and genuine interest in advertising and brand strategy matter. Additional language skills would be an asset given the global scope.
The role demands flexibility and proactive thinking—you're not just executing tasks but anticipating problems and enabling senior leaders to perform at their best. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, take pride in precision, and want direct exposure to how global advertising projects operate, this could be a strong launching point for your career in the industry.
