About this role

ConvenientMD's Human Resources Coordinator role centers on the operational backbone of employee management—onboarding, status changes, terminations, and HRIS administration through ADP. You'll own the full lifecycle of employee records, from pre-hire tasks through file maintenance and compliance audits, while serving as the first point of contact for new hires. The position also involves creating HR correspondence, managing employment verifications, overseeing credentialing requests, and generating reports, with room to identify and drive process improvements across the department.

This role suits someone with 0–3 years of HR experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with data and systems. You'll need solid proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, MS Office, and Smartsheet, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The work requires strong customer service instincts, analytical thinking, and the initiative to follow up on pending items without constant oversight. A bachelor's degree in HR or business administration is preferred, though relevant experience can substitute.

ConvenientMD emphasizes a collaborative environment focused on professional growth, backed by comprehensive benefits including urgent care access, health and dental coverage, 401k matching after one year, and tuition discounts through Purdue University Global. The company is explicit about valuing diverse backgrounds and skills, encouraging applications even if you don't check every box.
