About this role
Alliance Group's Operations & Project Coordinator role at the North Clarendon operations center sits at the hub of three departments—Service, Controls, and Installation—managing the scheduling, documentation, and resource coordination that keeps field teams productive and customers satisfied. You'll spend your day juggling service calls and project timelines, communicating with field personnel, customers, and vendors, processing billing and purchase orders, and solving the inevitable conflicts between competing priorities. The work is administrative but high-touch, requiring someone who can stay organized across multiple moving pieces while staying responsive to changing needs.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and the kind of reliability that makes people trust you to follow through. You'll need a high school diploma or GED, a valid unrestricted driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly. The role values problem-solving and adaptability over specific technical experience—the company invests in training employees across the board, so relevant certifications or additional education are a plus but not required.
Compensation starts at $25 per hour with room for negotiation based on experience. Benefits are substantial: multiple health insurance options, vision and dental, HSA with company contributions, 401(k) matching up to 5%, generous paid time off plus eight holidays, paid parental leave, professional development support including license renewal fees, and a range of voluntary coverage options. The company also runs an annual bonus program, employee referral bonuses, fitness reimbursement, and regular company events.
