About this role

Ensono is looking for a seasoned network expert to serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor across complex enterprise and data center environments. With 15+ years of experience required, you'd split your time between hands-on network operations—managing critical incidents, performing root cause analysis, and optimizing performance across routing, switching, security, and modern data center platforms—and strategic work designing and deploying enterprise network solutions, including data center and cloud transformation projects. The role demands deep expertise in Cisco routing and switching, firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point), load balancing, SD-WAN, and modern architectures like Cisco ACI and NSX.

Beyond technical depth, this position emphasizes leadership and communication. You'd be the primary escalation point for major outages, lead technical discussions with customers and senior stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT is required, along with relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent); cloud networking knowledge and automation skills are valued additions. Based in Bengaluru on a hybrid arrangement, you'd be part of a global managed services organization supporting mission-critical infrastructure around the clock.
