About this role
You would be coordinating graduate recruitment and development across Gibson Dunn's international offices—Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Madrid, and Brussels—working as part of a six-person team split between London and Dubai. The role spans the full candidate lifecycle: managing advertising and campus engagement (including law fairs across multiple regions), running first and second-stage interviews, delivering feedback, and handling offer logistics. You'll also own the day-to-day delivery of vacation schemes and summer programmes in Hong Kong, the UAE, and Madrid, plus coordinate onboarding, induction, seat rotations, and qualification processes for trainees.
This is a contract position based in London that demands strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and comfort working across multiple time zones. You'll need 2–3 years of early careers experience, ideally with an international firm or on international programmes, plus a bachelor's degree. The role requires you to be proactive and detail-oriented, balancing relationship-building with universities against systems management and stakeholder coordination with HR and local office teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-office environment and want hands-on involvement in shaping a global graduate pipeline, this could be a good fit.
