OUR PRACTICE:
HIRING SCHEDULE
- Monday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Wednesday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday, 8:00am - 3:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care.
- Answering phones promptly and responding to messages
- Maintaining accuracy of information regarding patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding.
- Regularly collaborating with Office Manager for smooth daily operations.
- Present financial breakdowns to patients in accordance with provider’s treatment plan.
- Provide insight into the practice and support through direct reports, as needed
- Implementing policy changes as provided and maintaining compliance with mandated regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum two years' experience with treatment planning in a dental setting
- Tech savvy - experienced with relevant practice management software
- Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
