About this role
Latitude AI, a Ford subsidiary developing autonomous driving technology in Pittsburgh, is seeking a Workplace Services Safety, Security, and Facilities Coordinator for a 12-month contract role. You'll be the operational backbone of their Real Estate and Workplace Services team, managing physical security systems (badging, CCTV, visitor access), supporting workplace safety compliance and audits, and handling day-to-day facilities operations across their Pittsburgh headquarters while providing remote support to other sites. The work spans ticketing and vendor coordination, routine maintenance oversight, space planning, and leading cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
This role suits someone with 3–5 years in operations, corporate security, or facilities management who can juggle multiple responsibilities independently. You'll need hands-on familiarity with access control and camera systems, service ticketing platforms, and building systems, plus the judgment to troubleshoot routine issues and escalate appropriately. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills are essential—you'll interact regularly with employees, vendors, contractors, and leadership.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of work experience as a baseline; an Associate's degree with four years of experience or a high school diploma with six years also qualifies. This is a fully in-office role in Pittsburgh, suited for someone who thrives in a hands-on, multi-faceted support function within a fast-moving tech environment.
