About this role

Third Bridge is seeking an experienced people manager to lead its regional workplace support function from the Dallas office, overseeing a team of six Coordinators distributed across US, UK, and EU sites. You would own the day-to-day operational health of these offices—managing team performance and workload, solving escalated facilities and administrative issues, and ensuring consistent execution of health and safety and corporate policies across all locations. The role requires someone comfortable with compliance tracking, vendor relationship management, and the flexibility to support colleagues across multiple time zones while maintaining a full-time on-site presence in Dallas.

This position suits someone with proven team leadership experience in corporate office support, facilities, or hospitality who thrives on maintaining operational standards and process discipline. You'll need strong administrative capabilities to juggle multiple priorities, track compliance documentation, and keep complex workflows organized across geographically dispersed teams. The ability to be both a problem-solver and a mentor—handling day-to-day issues while developing your coordinators—is central to success here.

The role offers a competitive package including a base salary of $85,000 with up to 10% annual bonus, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, 15 vacation days plus 11 company holidays, and professional development support. Third Bridge provides the infrastructure of a large global firm (over 1,500 employees) while offering a structured, standards-focused environment where operational excellence is valued.
