We’re looking for a creative and collaborative Design Intern to help develop thoughtful design solutions that bring client briefs and brand ideas to life.
As a Design Intern at Landor you will...
- Develop creative design solutions that support client briefs and project goals.
- Bring fresh brand, design and trend ideas to the team.
- Collaborate with peers, design colleagues and partner teams to maintain consistency across projects.
- Consider integrated solutions and target audiences, creating work for channels such as digital, print and experiences.
- Work independently and as part of a team, contributing to design critiques.
- Use design processes and best practices to meet project deliverables and timelines.
- Apply strong conceptual thinking to develop innovative design ideas.
- Incorporate brand messaging, colour, imagery, typography and composition into design deliverables.
- Communicate with colleagues and clients in a positive, professional and motivating manner.
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and speed while maintaining high-quality work.

About this role
Landor's Next Gen Design Intern role offers hands-on experience developing brand and design solutions across multiple channels—digital, print, and experiential work. You'll collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to translate client briefs into cohesive creative work, applying conceptual thinking and design fundamentals like typography, color, and composition. The position balances independent contribution with teamwork, including participation in design critiques and the use of AI tools to enhance both efficiency and output quality.
This internship suits designers ready to work in a fast-paced agency environment and comfortable moving between different project types and deliverables. You'll need strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients, plus the ability to think strategically about integrated solutions and target audiences. Note that this role is exclusively available to participants in Landor's 2026 Next Gen Programme, and requires in-office presence in Cincinnati.
