About this role
Working for INVISION Architecture as a Marketing Coordinator, you'd support a recently merged firm navigating growth across multiple Southeast locations and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Your day-to-day would center on coordinating proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations—gathering project data, organizing resumes and references, and tracking RFP deadlines. You'd also maintain the firm's marketing information and CRM data in Unanet, manage project imagery and digital assets, and ensure all materials stay on brand. Beyond desk work, you'd help coordinate client events, conferences, and business development activities alongside the marketing team and firm leadership.
This role suits someone with strong organizational skills and writing ability who can juggle multiple deadlines without losing focus. The position calls for 2–5 years in marketing, communications, or business development—ideally in architecture, engineering, or construction—though that industry background isn't required. You'll need proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, with CRM or database experience a plus. The job offers relocation assistance, professional development support, and flexibility, with the added draw of working across scenic regional offices if you're willing to relocate.
