Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

We are looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to help enable Anduril's Talent Acquisition (TA) team to scale effectively. As a member of the TA Operations team, you will support data integrity and day-to-day system upkeep across our TA tech stack (including Greenhouse and ChartHop), serving as a first line of support for TA team stakeholders with questions or issues.

This role sits at the heart of a large, rapidly scaling recruiting team, giving you outsized impact on the smooth day-to-day operations of TA. You'll get hands-on exposure to a wide range of TA tools, systems, and processes, with the opportunity to learn quickly and grow within Talent Operations. We're looking for someone detail-oriented and customer-focused who enjoys helping others, stays organized amid a lot of moving pieces, and is excited to build a foundation for a career in TA Ops.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support data cleanliness across the TA tech stack:
    • Assist with regular audits of Greenhouse and ChartHop data
    • Flag data discrepancies and partner with stakeholders to get them corrected
    • Help maintain documentation on data entry standards and processes
  • Answer questions and support stakeholders:
    • Serve as a first point of contact for TA team questions on Greenhouse, ChartHop, ContactOut, TextExpander, and LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Troubleshoot common issues, escalating more complex or technical issues to senior TA Ops team members
    • Help field and triage requests coming through the TA ticketing system / Slack channels
  • Support systems operations:
    • Help manage user access and basic account administration across TA tools
    • Own regular workflows across systems, such as processing backfills, resolving system integration errors, and other recurring data/system maintenance tasks
  • Additional projects, documentation, and tool exploration as needed â there's always something new to learn!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations function (Recruiting Coordinator experience a plus)
  • Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) or similar HR/recruiting systems
  • Customer-service mentality: enjoys working with stakeholders to solve problems and answer questions
  • Detail-oriented: strong attention to accuracy and consistency, especially with recruiting and headcount data
  • Communicative: clear, proactive communication with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Organized and action-oriented: able to juggle multiple requests and follow through on the details
  • Eager to learn: comfortable in an undefined, fast-changing environment, and motivated to grow within Talent Operations
  • Self-sufficient problem-solver who also knows when to ask for help or escalate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

About this role

Supporting a rapidly scaling recruiting operation at a defense technology company, this role puts you at the operational backbone of Anduril's Talent Acquisition team. You'll manage data integrity across Greenhouse and ChartHop, troubleshoot recruiting tools, and serve as the first point of contact for TA stakeholders navigating the company's tech stack. The work spans routine system maintenance, data audits, user access management, and fielding questions from recruiters and hiring managers—essentially keeping the machinery running smoothly so the team can focus on hiring.

This is an ideal entry or early-career position for someone with at least a year of recruiting, HR, or operations experience who thrives on detail work and problem-solving. You'll need comfort with ATS platforms (Greenhouse especially), a customer-service mindset, and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple requests. The role rewards self-sufficiency but also values knowing when to escalate, and it offers genuine exposure to TA operations as a potential career path.

Based in Boston and full-time in-office, the position offers a salary range of $68,000 to $80,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and energized by supporting a fast-moving team in a high-growth environment, this could be a strong launching point for a career in talent operations.
